PROGRAM DATES:  FALL 2010
MINIMUM SCHEDULE:
9 Weeks
Monday - Thursday 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM (exceptions can be made for certain circumstances)

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The goal of this program is to help you determine a career pathway of interest, and to then work on developing workplace skills and reading/writing/math skills that will help you to be successful in your career area of interest. By the course end, you'll be better prepared to pass the GED exam, or to prove that you are ready for specific work or further training. You will also have developed concrete goals for your next steps. This is a 8 week course, and it includes optional electives such as computer skills training, specific academic classes and more.

In order to enroll in this program, a person must:
a) Complete this registration form
b) Complete intake and a Basic Skills Test with our staff
c) Meet with our staff to discuss your goals and interest in the program

The deadline to register and specific program dates will be announced this fall.

This course has a tuition fee of $150. If you are working with another organization in town, speak with your case manager to see if this is something they could help you pay for. If you are concerned that you will not be able to afford this class, please complete the scholarship form included below. Direct payments from applicants must be cash or check, unless an organization you are working with is paying your tuition.
