Get Skills. Earn More.

Helping people build a better life through education

The Learning Connection, a program of SERRC, provides Adult Education services year-round, at no cost to the student.  Our Adult Education programs support more than 40 diverse communities across Southeast Alaska, Bethel, the Aleutian-Pribilof Islands, and the Yukon-Kuskokwin Delta region.

Our programs cater to the diverse needs of adult learners, who often balance education with work, family, and other responsibilities. Beyond traditional metrics like test scores and graduation rates, we celebrate "non-scale victories" such as improved self-confidence, enhanced life skills, and increased community involvement. Adult education prioritizes holistic development, emphasizing that people and their stories are at the heart of education.
